PepDex is a research reference application that provides educational information about peptide compounds found in published scientific literature. PepDex is intended for adults aged 18 and older.
PepDex does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. All content is strictly for educational and research reference purposes. Nothing in this app should be interpreted as a recommendation for personal use of any compound. Always consult a licensed, qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.
Most compounds referenced in PepDex have not been approved by the FDA or any regulatory body for human use. They are discussed strictly in a research and educational context. Human use of unapproved compounds carries serious and potentially unknown risks.

PepDex Pro is available as a subscription service:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple.
All subscription payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be made through Apple. PepDex does not process payments or refunds directly.
All content, design, code, and branding in PepDex is the intellectual property of PepDex and its developers. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.
PepDex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any information is complete or accurate.
PepDex and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. This includes but is not limited to any harm, injury, adverse effects, legal consequences, or damages of any kind arising from use of, or reliance upon, any information in the application.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PepDex, its developers, affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
